I cannot say enough positive things about Karen and Jeff. I met Karen over a decade ago and have worked with her several times and have always been so impressed with her hard work, dedication and professionalism. I purchased a place just outside the city recently and worked with Jeff. He brings the same professionalism and dedication to his job as Karen. When we were viewing houses he left no stone unturned. He was in every corner and crawl space with his flashlight to glean as much information about the structural integrity of the home as possible. He asks questions I wouldn’t even think to ask. The Dream Team! I was overwhelmed just looking at all the Forms needed, Rules, Regulations & on & on. Had no idea where to even start. They sat down with me & went over every detail calmly breaking things down, explaining how & why's. Even answering my every frantic little message & every day giving me updates, all with smiles & kindness.(may have been some raised eyebrows). I was so fortunate to have their knowledge & expertise guiding me. They still aren't cutting me loose yet, they'll stay with me now to the end of final Forms & Details to be dealt with.
