Jeff Smith's Profile

I joined the real estate profession in 2023 after spending many years working in corporate management, procurement and estimating within the industrial construction industry. That background taught me a lot about negotiation, problem-solving and working through complex decisions, all of which translates really well into real estate.

As part of the Girard Smith Team with Karen, I work with both sellers and buyers throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. Whether I’m helping long-time homeowners right-size, families move into a home that better fits their needs, or buyers navigate the market, I try to keep things practical and straightforward.

I believe people make better decisions when they understand their options. My job isn’t to pressure someone into making a decision. It’s to make sure they have the information, advice and guidance they need to make the right decision for them.
