Home inspectors will come in and look at parts of the home that can’t necessarily be accessed from a simple walk-through viewing. They’ll look at things like electrical wiring, plumbing systems, roofing and more. Knowing what shape these are in will provide insight to the costs associated with the home. The home inspector can also point out ways to help maintain the home. This is really valuable for first time homeowners. Even in a competitive market, adding a home inspection to your offer won’t hurt your chances of being accepted.
